Otafuku sauce

We went touring the magic sauce factory "Otafuku" in Hiroshima Japan. It actually 5 minutes from Ken's home!! 

It's cute! Hand made welcome board.

The guide was amazing. She showed us around the factory and we learned about the Otafuku sauce.

What's in the magic sauce!?

Spice for colors. Saffron, turmeric, paprika.

Ohhh no! It's bad picture.. I can't read it,, pacely,cinnamon,nutmeg,funnel,celery,basil,,,,,something more..sorry!

 Oregano,thyme,garlic, coriander, sage,bayleaves.

White pepper,ginger, masterd, black pepper, red pepper,

I ate a lot..yummy dates.. Dates has a lot of calcium.

The tour was very fun, we taste a sample of new product and we all got a bottle of sauce at the tour end.

I really recommend to visit the Otafuku if you go to Hiroshima!!!!
