#Jeggs Grand opening soon! June 26**

Hello everybody,

We are now building Okonomiyaki stand for Whistler Farmers Market(WFM)*

Q: So,,,what is the Okonomiyaki???

A: It's a  savory Japanese style pan-fried cake containing a variety of ingredients. It is one of the most popular     snacks at any festivals in Japan.

The batter is made of flour, grated yam, and dashi. A variety of vegetables such as chopped cabbage, green onion, bean sprout, and diced mochi (rice cake) is mixed with the batter thoroughly, and then poured onto the Teppan (iron griddle). Place a flesh egg on its top, flip the side and fry up to perfection (fluffy inside and crispy outside) right before your eyes. As for the final touch, dress up the Okonomiyaki with the special sauce,It's call "Otafuku sauce"(Fruits& Veg& Lots spice), house made mayo, bonito flakes and green seaweed on its top. Yam!!

We will start June 26th @ WFM

It'll sales $5 each !!

Please bring your own chopstick that will be so lovely*
We love Earth man mate!

Looking forward to see you at there!
