I love this place. Alta lake in Whistler.
You can walk on the lake now but I'm not sure about the middle. I was a bit scare to cross to the other side yet.

It's slow start on the mountain for ski and snowboard this year.  I hope the snow storm are coming on.


How I'm going to do for the Jeggs this year...
1. find an another trailer.
2. make a commercial kitchen food trailer.
3. built a something cool food trailer.

Something Cool is important...
Any ideas?

Local Organic Farmer is start thinking about planning for our Cabbages!!!
I would like to go to help some farm work this year with my daughter!

Jeggs!

Jeggs has been started and it going well again!

We sells the Okonomiyaki at the Whistler Farmers market. It is very good quality and it tastes so delicious!! I'm sure you will love it.

My daughter is not a baby anymore. She grew up. and she Loves Jeggs!

Jeggs is very healthy for your kids.
you may want without sauce so don't be hesitate to ask to the saver if it's for your very little one.
My daughter likes both yes, she is the Jeggs girl.

I think the Jeggs should have the Magic sauce and every toppings.
please make sure your Jeggs taste.

We use Local Organic Cabbages and Local Green Onions and Free Range Eggs, Organic flour,,, and more great ingredients!!!

You want to eat every week!

Whistler farmers' market is starting so soon.

I have a To Do list.

I'm so exited it. It's nice to be there with my daughter and my old friends.

Season end 2013

It was nice weather at the end of the market!
The leaves changing their color. it's so beautiful. I like this season.
Whistler will be slow for just local town. It seems little bit sad but I actually I like it.

The market is over and it was another great season in 2013.
The Jeggs will change little bit for next year.

Will let you know what's going on.

We got a squall but we sold them all!!

 I couldn't sleep well recently but I think I was lucky to see this sky from my bed,
It's 5am in the morning. Yeah this day was our second market.

We had a line in the squall!! Thank you!!

The last one was almost too hot !!

Someone concerned about me was kind enough to give me a cold drink n shave ice!

I love the WFM community! such beautiful people!

Vegetable dying ~ Turmeric ~

Ingredients for dying the Jeggs's sign and aprons.

 Soak those fabric and boiled in the turmeric water for 30min.

 I drained them and put back in aluminum water to stay the color.

I drained them again and bring them outside.

Let's unwrap the elastics*

How they turn out!?               I like it!

I hang them to dry ( I haven't washed them yet )

Those will need to hand wash(no soap) once it's dry, and hang dry it again then ready to go to the market**
